4. Booking & Payments
Transport charges are calculated based on distance, load, and truck type.
The total price is shown before booking confirmation.
Payment must be completed using available payment methods.
Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, or incorrect load details.
5. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel bookings before driver dispatch without penalty (if applicable).
Cancellation after dispatch may incur a cancellation fee.
Refund eligibility depends on service status at the time of cancellation.
6. Delivery & Liability
Estimated delivery time is not guaranteed and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
Danikargo is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.
In case of damage or loss, users must report the issue through support within 24 hours of delivery.
7. Driver Verification
Drivers are verified before joining the platform. However, Danikargo acts only as a service facilitator and is not a direct transport carrier.
8. Prohibited Use
Users must not:

Provide false information
Misuse or disrupt the service
Attempt unauthorized access to the system
9. Account Suspension
